Chief Apostle Dr. Felicia Williams
Apostle Dr. Felicia Williams is the earthly daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Horace Williams. She resides in the Piedmont Triad region of central North Carolina with her daughter Jodi. She has been a mother figure to 300 plus children that she served, in her capacity as a counselor and community leader.

She is a visionary and master builder in the Kingdom of God. She flows out of the Apostolic ministry to deliver, restore, equip and train others to flow out of God’s original purpose for their lives, with the help of the Holy Spirit. Apostle Dr. F.W., has been ministering to God's people for most of her life in the natural, and in the spirit since 1999, when she was licensed to preach the gospel.
She holds a BS degree (Bachelor of Science) in the area of Education specializing in Learning Disabilities, an MS degree (Masters of Science) in the area of Counseling, an M. Div. degree (Masters of Divinity) and a D. Min degree (Doctorate of Ministry) area of Pastoral Theology, Care, and Counseling. She is also a Board Certified Christian Counselor where she serves many through her private practice FWR Counseling Services which opened in 2006.
In 2005, God birthed in her Prophetess Felicia Williams Ministries, Inc., (PFWM, Inc.) that hosted quarterly crusades throughout the country and in 2006, she became an ordained minister of the gospel. In 2007, A CHURCH WITHOUT WALLS OF GREENSBORO, NC was planted and in 2012 the name changed to THE HEADQUARTERS OF A CHURCH WITHOUT WALLS (meaning a supplier). Apostle Dr. F.W. is also the Founder and President of New Testament School of Theology which was founded in January 2012 as well as founded Kingdom Life Center in the summer of 2015 through 2018, which was a faith-based developmental center for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age child.

As Apostle Dr. F.W. continues to do the work of her Father, she heard the voice of the Lord calling her to a higher realm of Kingdom work, that caused her to stretch out and expand her territory further, north, south, east and west, He shared that now is the TIME for a Greater Works MOVEMENT that will serve as the a bridge connector for all denominations as well as non-denominations across the world.

In July 2016, she established Kingdom International Fellowship of Ministries, Inc. (KIFM) a non-denominational organization and serves as the Presiding Prelate of this EXPLOSIVE MOVEMENT. Currently KIFM, is a growing fellowship of eight organizations, outside of The Headquarters of A Church Without Walls (presently Kingdom Life Christian Center), which is the training center. The directory consists of two churches, six ministries and one faith-based organization.
